Got Questions?
This section covers the most common inquiries customers have about purchasing and using these products.
Most drivers can expect 40,000 to 60,000 miles depending on driving habits, road conditions, and regular maintenance. Highway driving generally yields longer tread life than city driving with frequent stops and starts. Rotating tires every 5,000-7,000 miles helps ensure even wear.
All-season tires provide balanced performance in various weather conditions including light snow, making them suitable for year-round use in moderate climates. Summer tires offer superior grip and handling in warm conditions but become less effective below 45°F and shouldn’t be used in snow or ice.
The penny test remains a reliable method – placing a penny upside down in the tread grooves should partially cover Lincoln’s head. If the entire head is visible, replacement is needed. Also watch for uneven wear patterns, visible cords, sidewall cracks, or vibrations while driving.
Regular cleaning with appropriate products helps maintain appearance and extends lifespan. Leather styles benefit from occasional conditioning, while suede requires special brushes and protectant sprays. Rotating between multiple pairs allows each to air out completely between wears.
Standard warranties typically cover manufacturing defects and premature wear under normal driving conditions. Road hazard protection, if included, covers damage from potholes, nails, and debris. Most warranties require proof of regular rotation and proper maintenance for claims.
For all-wheel drive vehicles, replacing all four tires together is recommended to prevent drivetrain damage. Front or rear-wheel drive vehicles can have pairs replaced, though all four provides optimal handling and safety. When replacing just two, the new ones should go on the rear axle.

My mechanic recommended Boto for my delivery van. After 40,000 miles of city driving and heavy loads, the tread wear is incredibly even. Finally found tyres that match my work demands.

Been running Boto All-Seasons for two years now. What impressed me most was how quiet they are on the motorway compared to my old set. My wife actually noticed the difference.”
